This is a lightly fermented oolong from Yu Shan (Jade Mountain).
Character
The rich, green, loosely rolled leaves yield a tawny infusion that has a complex, delicate, floral aroma and flavour and a deliciously smooth finish.
Brewing Tips
Brew 3g (0.1 0oz) in 200ml (7fl oz) water at 85°C (185°F) for 1-2 minutes. Strain and add more water for several further short infusions.
