Xinyang Maojian, also called Yu Maofeng, is a king of green tea category. Its a specialties of Henan province, produced by chinese tea farmers in the early repulican period. Main producing area in xinyang, hsin-hsien, shangchengcounty and in dabie mountain area. Xinyang maojian tea has a unique style that "thin, round, smooth, straight, more pekoe, fragrance, taste thick, presenting green". Brewing Tips
Brew 3g (0.10 oz) in 250ml (8.5fl oz) water at 70°C (158°F) for 3 minutes. Add more water for a second infusion.
